In order to better support our customers, hosts weekly onboarding meetings to assist customers in cohorts.

What are office hours and who are they for?

• Office hours are only for Account Owners, Administrators, Ownership, or Management.
• Office hours are open to any new customers currently onboarding.
• Office hours are group zoom video meetings which include other customer organization’s in the Community.
• Office hours are most effective when attendees provide product questions in the registration form make sure you ask your team for their questions too, as they are not going to be attending office hours
